Every item sold on PradaCompany.com is 100% authentic and has undergone a rigorous multi-step authentication and quality inspection process by our team of luxury specialists. If an item is found to be inauthentic (counterfeit), you are eligible for a full refund including original shipping costs. This guarantee is one of the cornerstones of our service as a trusted third-party luxury reseller.

2. Return Eligibility Window

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all original tags, dust bags, authenticity cards, box, and packaging intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, footwear (such as Chanel Espadrilles) and certain accessories must be returned with the original protective coverings and without any signs of wear.

3. Non-Returnable Items

To protect the value and condition of our luxury inventory, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they fail our authenticity guarantee:

  • Personalized or engraved items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Special Order”
  • Clearance, discounted, or warehouse items
  • Any item that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged after receipt
  • Items returned without original packaging and accessories
  • Vintage or pre-owned items sold in “As-Is” condition (clearly noted on the product page)

4. Return Process

  1. Contact Us First: Email purchases@pradacompany.com within the 14-day window with your Order Number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Ship the Item Back: Package the item securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of your invoice and the RMA number. Ship to the address provided in your RMA email.
  4. Shipping Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or inauthentic. We strongly recommend using insured, trackable shipping.

5. Inspection Upon Return

All returned items undergo a detailed inspection by our authentication team upon receipt. We will verify:

  • Authenticity and originality of hardware, stitching, date codes, and materials
  • Overall condition matching the description and photos provided at purchase
  • Presence of all original packaging and accessories

If the item passes inspection, we will proceed with the refund. If the item shows signs of use, damage, or missing components, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or decline the return.

6. Refund Timeline and Method

  • Once your return is approved and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Credit card and debit card refunds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of defective, damaged, or inauthentic items.

Partial Refunds may be issued for:

  • Missing original packaging or accessories
  • Minor signs of handling
  • Items returned outside the 14-day window (at our sole discretion)

7. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that arrives damaged during shipping or is significantly different from its description:

  • We will arrange for a return, replacement (if available), or full refund including original shipping costs.

8. International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes.
  • We recommend consulting your local customs office before shipping.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency (or USD equivalent).

9. Exchanges

We currently offer returns for refund only. If you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

10. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.

11. Changes to This Policy
